The six technological genes are

(1) Design of science and technology:Technology development software such as PRO-E, AUTO-CAD, PCAD and many advanced tools will be fully adopted to maintain the leading position in the industry.High-tech talents and technologies will be continuously introduced.In three years, there will be three invention patents, 15 new patents and more than 10 application center patents.

(2) Production of science and technology:Automated production has undergone four generations of improvement, with a total investment of over 5 million.compared with previous manual production, there are three improvements.1.Reduce the chance of negligence of manual labor, improve the quality standard, 2.Increase automatic inspection, and eliminate hidden dangers.3.Increase production capacity and reduce site and labor costs, which have offset the pressure of recent increase in rental of manual materials factories.

(3) Science and technology inspection:It not only maintains the strict inspection standards of the past, but also sets up more and better inspection equipment to check the quality so as to make the power detection, rotation speed detection and motor impedance test more rigorous and accurate. A continuous recording device is also added to monitor and record product life tests from time to time.

(4) Management of science and technology:Update ERP management system to enable seamless connection and effective management of business, production, production management, material control, procurement, technology, warehouse, audit and biotechnology.
