Wiring procedure of cooling fan:

1.Identify the type and model of the cooling fan and whether the lugs used in this product are consistent with the required products.

2.Identify whether the wire diameter of the enameled wire is consistent with all the required specifications, and do not put the lug on one side of the corner enameled wire.

3.Turn on the power switch of the cooling fan and check that the model displayed on the machine must conform to the wound product.

4.Thread the enameled wire out of the winding groove and into the wire cutting edge, and sleeve the stator into the mold.

5, according to the fan blade running direction, distinguish the positive and negative of the lug.

6.Take the wrapped nails out of the mold to see if there is a single wire exposed to the wire slot, and then put them into the plastic frame.

7.After all the above wiring steps have been completed, the start switch can be turned on to check the operation of the cooling fan.
